You can assess the value of a company in various ways. Our calculators estimate the price on the basis of the company’s financial result or assets. The final price of your company is what will lead to a trade.
Estimated price based on the company’s financial result = yield value
The calculations will be based on the results of the previous three years. If the entrepreneurs have not paid themselves a decent salary, the result will be adjusted. This way of calculation does not take into consideration the company’s assets, such as real estate, machinery, equipment and stock.
ESTIMATE COMPANY PRICE BASED ON RESULT
Estimated price based on the company’s assets = net asset value
The calculation is based on the balance sheet of previous three years. The balance sheet takes into consideration the company’s capital and liabilities. If the assets do not correspond to the fair values, the values on the balance sheet will be adjusted. This will provide the lower limit for the price assessment.
